(“Reckon Underwear” or “we” or “us”) treats the information that we collect through our website located at www.reckonunderwear.com (the “Site”) and how we use the information. This Privacy Policy applies to the services and products offered by Reckon Underwear, as well as any other applications, content or features that we may from time to time offer on our website.

Reckon Underwear does not direct any content specifically to children. Users of our Site are required to be at least 18 years old or have their parent/guardian consent.

By providing any Personal Information to Reckon Underwear, all users, including, without limitation, users in Canada and the member states of the European Union, fully understand and unambiguously consent to this Privacy Policy and to the transfer of such Personal Information across international borders in accordance with Reckon Underwear’s standard operations, including the collection, storage, and processing of such information in the United States of America.
- YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
