RECKON UNDERWEAR PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how Reckon Underwear, Inc. (“Reckon Underwear” or “we” or “us”) treats the information that we collect through our website located at www.reckonunderwear.com (the “Site”) and how we use the information.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information that we collect by other means.  If you have questions about our Privacy Policy, please contact us at support@reckonunderwear.com.  This Privacy Policy applies to the services and products offered by Reckon Underwear, as well as any other applications, content or features that we may from time to time offer on our website.

  1. THE TYPES OF INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT

We collect two types of information from visitors to our website: personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information.

Reckon Underwear does not direct any content specifically to children.  Users of our Site are required to be at least 18 years old or have their parent/guardian consent.

By providing any Personal Information to Reckon Underwear, all users, including, without limitation, users in Canada and the member states of the European Union, fully understand and unambiguously consent to this Privacy Policy and to the transfer of such Personal Information across international borders in accordance with Reckon Underwear’s standard operations, including the collection, storage, and processing of such information in the United States of America.

 

  1. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
